Shipping costs
When you complete your order, you will automatically see the shipping costs that apply to your order. The rate depends on the country the order is being sent to.

| Other countries in the European Union | € 12,95 including VAT. |
| The rest of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway | € 19,95 including VAT. |
Free shipping from € 65 applies only to deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery time
If you order before 22.00 on a working day and the order is going to an address in the Netherlands, we deliver the next working day. Delivery is carried out by DPD.
For orders to Belgium and other countries, delivery takes longer. You will see the expected delivery time for your country during checkout.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code so that you can follow the shipment. If DPD is unable to deliver, the parcel will be offered again or left with the neighbours. If that is not possible either, the parcel will be held for you at a nearby pick-up point.
