Shipping costs
While completing your order you will automatically see the shipping costs that apply to it. The rate depends on the country the order is being sent to.

Free delivery from € 65 applies only to deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery time
If you order on a working day before 22.00 and the order is going to an address in the Netherlands, we deliver the next working day. Delivery is handled by DPD.
For orders to Belgium and other countries, delivery takes longer. You will see the expected delivery time for your country during checkout.
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code so that you can follow the shipment. If DPD is unable to deliver, the parcel will be offered again or left with the neighbours. If that is not possible either, the parcel will be held for you at a nearby collection point.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. That cooling-off period starts on the day you received the order. Once you have told us that you are cancelling the purchase, you have a further 14 days to actually send the products back.
Please send us an email stating what you are returning and which order it concerns. That allows us to process the return quickly. We will then draw up a credit note and refund the amount. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them back. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
If products reach us damaged, we may refuse the refund in whole or in part. You are liable for any diminished value that arises because you have used the products more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. That period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you inform us by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email or by post. You may use the model form below for this, but you are not obliged to do so. You are in time if you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that moment, including the delivery costs. Additional costs arising because you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be refunded. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge you any costs for that refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or until you have shown that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
You send the products back without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
